Based on the Triumph custom models made by Pat Crawford, the production Triumph Folder is a large and formidable tactical knife designed for grip, with double finger choils, thumb friction grooves and deeply grooved G10 scales. The 420J2 stainless steel liners, one locking, are a hefty 0.1" thick. The beefy 0.14" thick blade is a dual-grind Tanto with a recurve to aid cutting and a false top edge grind for penetrating power. Blade steel is premium AUS 8 stainless steel at 56-58 Rc. Both plain edge as well as combination edge with the CRKT exclusive Veff Serrated edges are available. Developed by Oregon City, Oregon, knife designer Tom Veff, these serrations are wide and angled at 60 degrees to the edge. The resulting cutting points bite instantly and dig deep upon contact, slicing smoothly and effortlessly.

The Triumph Folder is available with the patented OutBurst assisted opening mechanism, which instantly springs the blade fully open after you have opened the blade approximately 30 degrees or one-hand opening mechanisms. To maximize safety, CRKT built in our exclusive patented AutoLAWKS that automatically actuates when the folder is opened and locked, creating a virtual fixed blade instantly.

Two color schemes are available. The "K" series has a matte black EDP coated blade with special black and green G10 scales. The "TS" series features a camo tiger-striped non-reflective blade with black G10 scales. Diagonal CNC-machined grooves in the G10 give excellent grip in wet and muddy conditions. The Triumph is fully ambidextrous, with dual thumb studs that allow fast either-hand opening. The two-position black Teflon®-plated stainless clip is removable and allows left or right tip-down carry. Measures 8-1/2" open and 5" closed and weighs 6.3 oz. Suggested retail $149.99.
