Ontario Knife Company, with the commitment of its workforce, has built a reputation of lasting craftsmanship with quality material and components. In 2002 they began collaboration with Randall's Adventure and Training Team (RAT), who is considered a leading authority in testing and design of adventure and survival gear. Together RAT and Ontario have produced a series of knives for hard-core adventures, civilians and professional soldiers.

Designed to withstand the test of durability. The TAK-1 knife blade is made from 1095 carbon steel and has a non-reflective black coating. The handle scales are tan canvas Micarta with a lanyard hole at the butt of the knife. The blade measures 4-7/8" and has a hardness of 55-57 Rc. Comes with a black nylon molle compatable sheath. The overall length is 10-1/4". Weighs 10.2 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Suggested retail is $134.95.
