Spyderco's unique Counter Puppy® family added a unique twist to the kitchen knife design with injection-molded handles shaped like the stylized body and legs of a puppy. This novel design allows them to stand upright on a counter or tabletop, keeping them clean and handy while creating a truly distinctive table setting presentation. The new medium-sized Counter Critters expand this family by scaling the concept up by just over 20 percent.
The blades are crafted from corrosion-resistant 7Cr17 stainless steel and full-flat ground for outstanding edge geometry. They are available with a choice of a blue or purple handle and either a PlainEdge™ or fully serrated SpyderEdge™ cutting edge.
The chef blade is made of 7Cr17 stainless steel with a flat grind. The steel has a hardness of 55-57 Rc. The blade measures 3-7/8" and the overall length is 8-3/8". Weighs 1.6 oz. Suggested Retail $47.00.
