The original Meatcrafter™has been very popular with hunters, having the right cutting tool when hunting and processing meat, will make all the difference. For 2024 Benchmade® has come out with a smaller version with the same ergonomics and trailing-point blade just in a slightly shorter length for more precise, fine cuts. Designed specifically for processing smaller game, the shorter but flexible blade allows for greater point control, similar to a boning knife.

The smooth fine edge of the blade is perfect to trim, debone or slice your preferred cuts of meat. With Benchmade's new SelectEdge™ technology, the 28 degree compound angle on CPM-154 stainless at 58-61 Rc. provides the perfect balance of a fine grain, sharp edge and carefully engineered blade flex.

The trailing point blade measures 4" in length. The dark olive Santoprene handle is grippy enough that the knife won't slip in your hand when wet. Includes a Boltaron sheath, gray on one side and orange on the other, which creates a slim and reliable package for convenient storage in your pack (there are no belt clips). Measures 8-7/8" overall. Weighs 7.7 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Suggested retail is $180.00.
