CRKT Piet
Item #: CL-5390
$32.95
Knife designer Jesper Voxnaes from Loegstrup, Denmark is certainly not the only artist to be inspired by the quirkiness that is Portland, Oregon. The Piet™ (pronouced peet), was first sketched in the Portland International Airport right after his first-ever visit to the city. This is a small everyday carry folding knife. It is slim, lightweight, and perfectly suited for the city.
With a satin finish and a flat grind, the 2-5⁄8" drop point blade of 8Cr13MoV stainless at 58-60 Rc. is a tough little blade which is perfectly balanced by a compact, yet highly ergonomic glass-reinforced nylon handle. The reversible tip-up deep-pocket carry clip makes it barely noticeable at the top of your pocket. The blade deploys quickly with an oversized thumb hole and is held securely in place with a locking liner. Measures 3-3⁄4" closed. Weighs only 2.5 oz. Made in China. Suggested retail is $44.99.
