Shipping Options and Information


The time to order those Christmas gifts is getting shorter and shorter. If you want to use standard shipping therefore holding your costs down, and to be sure you get your order in time for Christmas, we need you to place your orders with us by the end of the day on December 8. That is just a few days away. Orders with Expedited Shipping need to be placed by the end of the day December 18th.

​U.S. Shipping & Handling

We currently cannot ship directly to P.O. Box addresses. We are shipping everything via FedEx. We are working to resolve this issue, but it may take time. 

 
U.S. Delivery Rates

Each order is charged a standard shipping and handling charge.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Standard Shipping (48 States)

$8.95

We can no longer ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

 
Please allow 7 to 10 business days* for the delivery of your order. Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Saturdays are not a business day. (Destinations located in the middle of the country usually receive their order quicker.)
 
Non-Rush orders of IN STOCK items, usually ship within 24 to 48 business* hours.
 
If items are being shipped to more than one address you will be charged the standard shipping and handling charge for each additional address.

We have Rush Delivery options on most items at an additional cost. (48 States Only) (See below)

 
Backordered Items

If you are placing your order by fax, mail, or Online and one of your items is on backorder, you will be notified either on the invoice with the other items that shipped, or a post card will be sent to you.  If you need an item within a certain time frame please call our Customer Service Department between 8:30am and 5:00pm Central Time Monday through Friday. 800-255-9034

We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.)

 
Oversized Items

Extra Heavy or oversize products require additional shipping charges. Oversize shipping charges are identified after each product price.  These charges are added to the Standard Shipping & Handling rates. These items can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states. (If Rush Delivery Options are available on the item, you will be charged the actual cost to ship that item. Please contact us if you wish to use these options.)

 
Rush Delivery Options 48 States only

(This charge will be added to the standard shipping/handling rate.) (No Rush Delivery Options available to Alaska, Hawaii or U. S. Territories)

Note - Carriers (FedEx, etc.) are not guaranteeing Expedited & Express Shipping Delivery Times*

Expedited service - $15.00 per address - Delivers in 3 to 4 business days*

Express service - $30.00 per address - Delivers in 2 days business days*

If your Rush order requires more than one box, you will be accessed a Rush delivery charge on each box, but only 1 Standard shipping & Handling charge.

Orders, for IN stock items, received by 12pm Noon Central Time will ship the same business day*.  If order is placed after 12pm Noon central time, that order will ship out on the following business day*.

*Business days are Monday through Friday

 

International Orders

We will no longer ship outside the 48 Contiguous States.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation

If your order has not yet been processed we can cancel the order.  Once the order has processed, it cannot be cancelled.  Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, but as we are processing all day it could be within hours.

 
Return

Our guarantee is the best. 100% satisfaction and you decide what that means and for how long.

*Exception is any electronic items, watches and battery operated devices, 90-day guarantee.

On the back of each invoice is a return form.  Fill out this form and return it with the item. Your invoice has a Return Shipping Label on it. Place this shipping label on the packaging to return.

Any original packing and inserts must be returned.  We suggest you insure the package for your protection.

 
Exchanges/Replacements

After receipt of return, your exchanges or replacements will process within 24 to 48 business hours, for IN Stock items. 

 
Credits/Refunds

If you request a credit/refund: You will be credited/refunded with your original method of payment.

Credits will be credited on the card the used for the purchase.

Check or Money order we will send a refund check in the mail.

Credits are usually done within 1 week after receipt of the return.

Refund checks take 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of the return.
