Each order is charged a standard shipping and handling charge.

Standard Shipping (48 States)

Please note that due to COVID-19, certain locations are experiencing shipping delays.
We have Rush Delivery options on most items at an additional cost. (48 States Only) (See below)
If you are placing your order by fax, mail, or Online and one of your items is on backorder, you will be notified either on the invoice with the other items that shipped, or a post card will be sent to you. If you need an item within a certain time frame please call our Customer Service Department between 8:30am and 5:00pm Central Time Monday through Friday. 800-255-9034
We do not ship on Weekends or Holidays. (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.)
Extra Heavy or oversize products require additional shipping charges. Oversize shipping charges are identified after each product price. These charges are added to the Standard Shipping & Handling rates. These items can only be shipped within the 48 contiguous states. (If Rush Delivery Options are available on the item, you will be charged the actual cost to ship that item. Please contact us if you wish to use these options.)

Note - Carriers (FedEx, etc.) are not guaranteeing Expedited & Express Shipping Delivery Times*
Expedited service - $15.00 per address - Delivers in 3 to 4 business days*
Express service - $30.00 per address - Delivers in 2 days business days*
If your Rush order requires more than one box, you will be accessed a Rush delivery charge on each box, but only 1 Standard shipping & Handling charge.
Orders, for IN stock items, received by 12pm Noon Central Time will ship the same business day*. If order is placed after 12pm Noon central time, that order will ship out on the following business day*.
*Business days are Monday through Friday
We are currently shipping international to limited countries and with a MINIMUM order of $500.00.
We do not check your local knife laws; make sure the item you are purchasing is legal in your country. You ship at your own risk. If the order is lost, stolen or seized by customs, we are not accountable and will not issue a refund. We do not pay any brokerage, custom fees, or duties.

International Delivery Rates
Shipping charges are based on the actual carrier rates – we do not add any additional fees. Their shipping rates are based upon weight and size.
Once the ship charge has been determined, an email will be sent to the email provided on the order. We require your confirmation on the shipping charge amount prior to charging and processing your order.
We ship will ship either Fedex or USPS. We will quote you both costs and you may decide which is the best choice for you.
International shipments take longer to process. Currently we may take 5 to 10 business days to process & ship international orders. No orders are processed on Saturday, Sunday, or on U.S. Holidays.
PAYMENT- First Time Customers
All first time customers must pay by Bank Wire. Please make sure to add your email address so that we may contact you to give you the bank account number to wire the funds to.
PAYMENT- Established Customers
Once you have established a history with us we can accept Visa, MasterCard or Discover as the form of payment. Please note that even for established customers, the minimum order is $500.00.
Cancellation & Return Policy
If your order has not yet been processed we can cancel the order. Once the order has processed, it cannot be cancelled. Orders are normally processed within 24 hours, but as we are processing all day it could be within hours.
Our guarantee is the best. 100% satisfaction and you decide what that means and for how long.
*Exception is any electronic items, watches and battery operated devices, 90-day guarantee.
On the back of each invoice is a return form. Fill out this form and return it with the item. Your invoice has a Return Shipping Label on it. Place this shipping label on the packaging to return.
Any original packing and inserts must be returned. We suggest you insure the package for your protection.
After receipt of return, your exchanges or replacements will process within 24 to 48 business hours, for IN Stock items.
If you request a credit/refund: You will be credited/refunded with your original method of payment.
Credits will be credited on the card the used for the purchase.
Check or Money order we will send a refund check in the mail.
Credits are usually done within 1 week after receipt of the return.
Refund checks take 1 to 2 weeks after receipt of the return.
