The SOG-Tac XR from SOG was designed for professionals. SOG's XR Lock® allows smooth, controlled one-handed opening with the kick opener or thumb stud, or by flicking out the blade while holding back the lock. Provides the ultimate built-in blade locking security when open, able to withstand 1500 pounds of force. An easy-to-carry and use knife.
The 3-3/8" clip point blade is Cryo D2 steel cryogenically heat-treated to SOG's unique performance specification at 58-60 Rc. with a black Titanium Nitride coating. D2 provides the ideal combination of edge retention and durability for long term use with ease of maintenance.
The olive drab ultra-grip G10 handle provides enhanced control. The black-coated pocket clip is reversible for a tip-up right or left hand carry. Measures 4-5/8" closed. Weighs 5.3 oz. Made in China.
