Santa Fe Stoneworks is one of the few companies today creating beautiful knives using exotic materials for the handle scales. This button lock folder is a newer Santa Fe Stoneworks model. At the 2023 SHOT Show, we arranged three new exclusive models with Santa Fe. The Spyderco Dragonfly is found on page 3 in this catalog. This button lock folder is the second of the three. The locking mechanism utilizes a button, typically near the pivot, to release the blade lock. The third will be the Kershaw Leek with Green Turquoise. It will be in a catalog later this year.
This Button Lock has an open frame titanium handle with inlays on both sides of Bronze infused Obsidian. The 2-7⁄8" drop point blade is VG-10 at 59-61 Rc. with a single reversible thumbstud. The titanium pocket clip is reversible for right or left hand, tip-up carry. The clip, thumbstud and all hardware is gold PVD coated. Measures 3-1⁄2" closed. Weighs 2.0 oz. The knife is made in China. The handle scales are added and the knife is finished in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
