With the popularity of the original Komachi Kitchen knives, Kershaw decided to update the design and add more models for the Komachi 2 line. They have kept the ergonomically shaped resin handles and the high-carbon stainless blade at 57-59 Rc. with the fluorinated resin coating. The special coating helps keep food from sticking during preparation, resists corrosion and makes cleaning the knife easier. Razor sharp, functional and colorful, these knives are bound to be a conversation piece in your kitchen. Made in China.
