Authentic Italian Cheese Grater

Several years ago, we offered a traditional Italian Cheese Grater based on one the producer's grandfather had made and the family brought with them when they resettled in the United States. We sold several thousand before we lost our supplier. The search has been on ever since. Lucky for us, through our relationship with one of the top knife manufacturers in Maniago, Italy, we will once again be able to offer this handy kitchen tool. This one is handcrafted from beech wood. The stainless steel grater fits into the grooved slots in the box and a removable drawer collects the cheese. It is most suitable for hard cheese. A stop on the bottom of the box allows you to stabilize the grater against the edge of a countertop or table. Wooden parts should be hand washed and hand dried. Grater is dishwasher safe.
