The Barrage from Benchmade® is a spring-assisted folder that was designed to last. The handle scales are a very deep blue Richlite. Richlite is a durable, multi-layer fiber paper composite that has been used as a lightweight construction material for decades. It can be dyed in almost any color. Benchmade calls this Blue Canyon. Inspired by the movement of the Alaskan winter waters, this color is visible in the calm morning ocean.
The 3-5/8" drop point blade is CPM-S30V premium stainless at 58-60 Rc. The dual sided bronze-coated thumb studs provide easy ambidextrous use. Stainless steel liners are used for added support and incorporate Benchmade's AXIS locking system. The blue handle scales are nicely accented with silver and bronze backspring and hardware. The added safety lock on the spine ensures the knife won't open in your pocket. The stainless steel pocket clip is positioned for tip-up left or right-hand carry. Measures 4-3/4" closed. Weighs 4.5 oz. Made in the U.S.A.
