The small profile of the Flyway is the perfect size for a bird and trout knife. Inspired by the migratory pathways waterfowl take from their breeding grounds to their wintering areas. This new Benchmade Hunt fixed blade was designed specifically for small game birds. The 2-3/4" satin finish, scalpel-like plain edge blade is CPM-154 stainless at 58-61 Rc. The solid handle scales are orange G-10 and are attached to the full tang with black coated screws. There is a short bit of jimping on the spine of the blade, in just the right spot for blade point control. Then there is bold jimping along the spine of the handle tang for better grip.
Includes a Boltaron sheath, black on one side and orange on the other, creating a slim and reliable package for convenient storage in your pack (there are no belt clips). Measures 7" overall. Weighs 2.2 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Suggested retail is $200.00.
