The Bugout is one of Benchmade's™ most popular knives. Over the years they have released this knife in several different handle materials and colors. The new versions offered in 2023 take inspiration from colors found in nature. Benchmade calls this color Seafoam Green, thinking of the coast that lies close to their location. Those waters have been an inspiration for their outdoor adventurers. This color variation is not limited to a specific quantity but Benchmade is only accepting orders from their dealers for what they can ship through September 2023.
The 2-3/4" drop point blade is CPM-S30V stainless at 58-60 Rc. with dual thumb studs for easy ambidextrous use. The blade is available with a plain edge and a Tungsten Gray Cerakote® finish. The thumbstuds and backspacer are black to accent the seafoam green handles. The handle supports a black reversible, tip-up, deep-carry pocket clip. Blade locks open using the Benchmade AXIS locking system. Measures 3-5/8" closed. Weighs only 1.6 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Suggested retail is $180.00.
