Designed by Texas custom knifemaker Princeton Wong, who never fails to deliver imaginative, captivating, and supremely unique designs. The Nucleus is a striking example of his individual approach to knifemaking; it looks like no other folder, with aggressive angles like the profile of a stealth fighter. It's not just about the looks with this folder. The Nucleus can be opened in three different ways thanks to front and rear flippers and a finger hole in the blade. By using the front flipper, the IKBS™ ball bearing pivot deploys the blade smoothly and fast.
The MagnaCut blade steel offers uncompromised performance in toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance. The handle is black TiN coated titanium with a short carbon fiber scale on each side. A frame lock holds the blade securly in the open position. The 3-1/4" modified tanto style blade is MagnaCut at 61-63 Rc. with a black stonewashed finish. A blue anodized titanium ring around the blade pivot adds a punch of color. The black TiN coated single position pocket clip is in the right hand tip-up carry position. Measures 4" closed. Weighs 2.2 oz. Made in Italy.
