Case Smooth Antique Bone Trapper and Medium Stockman
Item #: CS-58182
$69.95
As a late addition to their 2015 product line, Case introduced a Smooth Antique Bone family of traditional style folders. The Smooth Antique Bone, which they dye in-house has a richness and depth of color that will call to mind the pocketknives you may have seen your father or grandfather use. Includes brass liners, nickel silver fluted bolsters and a nickel silver Case "bomb" shield. All blades are Case's own Tru-Sharp stainless at 54-57 Rc. For this catalog we chose two models, the Trapper and the Medium Stockman. The other models from this "family" are suggested below. All are made in the U. S. A.
The Trapper and the Stockman were probably two of most carried traditional-style pocketknives during the 20th century. Accented with nickel silver bolsters and brass liners. Featuring Case's Tru-Sharp surgical stainless blade steel, which is known for its edge holding ability and ease of sharpening.

Case Knives
Finally, the W. R. Case Knife Company seems to be in good hands. The family that has guided the Zippo lighter company through so many successful years has begun to make a difference at their knife company. They have called back from retirement, skilled craftsmen who are teaching the current crop of cutlers. These new Case knives look more like those of the 1950's rather than those of the 1970's and 1980's.
