A minimalist's dream knife.
SOG designed the Ultra to take up very little space in, or at the top of, your pocket. These knives are unbelievably thin. The very thin handle sides are carbon fiber with no liners. Before the pocket clip is added the handle measures just under 7⁄32" (.216) thick. The carbon fiber and titanium for the clip helps to keep weight and bulk to a minimum.The clip point blade opens easily with one hand and locks open with SOG's XR Lock.
The 2-3/4" clip point blade is CPM-S35VN stainless at 60-63 Rc. and measures just over 1⁄16" (.076) thick. Available with a Titanium Nitride coating in either graphite or gold. The clip is positioned for tip-up carry and is reversible. It is coated to match the blade. Measures 3-1⁄2" closed. Weighs about 1.2 oz. Suggested retail is $143.95. Made in China. Simple, light and compact.
