Sam recently delivered to us one of the most beautiful simple fixed blade knives I have seen in a while. The workmanship is impeccable. The handle scales are some of the most perfect Mammoth Ivory you will see on a knife handle of this size. Of course, there is a great deal of difference in the ivory from knife to knife, but side to side Sam has done a very good job of matching.
The 3-1⁄4" satin finished drop point blade is CPM-154 stainless at 61-62 Rc. Measures 7-3⁄8" overall. Weighs 4.8. Includes a brown leather pouch style sheath made by Sam. Handmade in Arkansas.

Roddy, Sam
Sam Roddy is an impressive young man. He is a relatively new knifemaker who decided in 2022 that there should be a Custom Knife Show in Northwest Arkansas. He and his wife Bridgette are the organizers of the Natural State Knife Show here in Rogers.
Sam started making knives as a hobby and had the good fortune to connect with Northwest Arkansas knifemaker Keith Murr. Keith allowed him to work and and learn in his shop. Sam is now a full time knifemaker with his own fully equipped knife shop. He makes quality Hunting and Every-Day-Carry knives. He also makes High Carbon Damascus for his own use, and for other knifemakers.
