A.G. Russell Gunstock Lockbacks with Yellow Delrin
Item #: RUS-CQ13YD
$64.95
Designed with a space saving coil spring which A.G. preferred because it holds up longer, giving more life to the knife and a smoother action. A stop pin keeps the blade from ever meeting the locking bar, allowing more room for a wider blade. One of A.G.'s pet peeves was the way the inside surfaces of most production knives are finished. Take a look inside these and you will find the finish comparable to today's high quality, high price semi-production knives.
The bright yellow Delrin® handles make your knife really easy to locate. The blades are 8Cr13MoV at 57-58 Rc. A deep notch on each side of the blade makes the knife easy to open with either hand. The liners, bolster, caps and the federal shield are all 400 series stainless. 3-3/8" flat ground swedged clip point blade. Measures 4-1/4" closed. Weighs 4.7 oz. A leather pouch is available separately for belt carry. Knives and leather pouches all made in China.

A.G. Russell Knives
From the age of nine I made homemade knives until I was about twenty-four when I began to make handmade knives, crude but no longer made at home. A few years later, I had met and learned from makers like R.W. Loveless and R. L. Dozier. I made knives until the mid 1970s. I don’t make handmade knives anymore, as my hands aren’t what they used to be. However, I do have very talented makers in the United States and Japan who make knives that I am proud to put my name on. I design pocketknives, one hand knives, lockbacks, and fixed blade knives and have them made to our standards. ~A.G. Russell III
