The ReelFlex™ knives by Outdoor Edge are professional grade fillet knives crafted from German 4116 stainless steel. The steel is known for its excellent edge retention and corrosion resistance. The knife handles are ergonomically shaped rubberized TPR that provides an extremely comfortable non-slip grip. This set includes three knives to cover all your fillet needs, a two-stage carbide/ceramic sharpener to maintain a razor-sharp edge, and a hard-side carry case that features standard and metric rulers for sizing up your prize-winning catch.
The longest fillet knife blade measures 9-3/8" with an overall length of 15". The middle fillet knife blade measures 7-3/8" with an overall length of 13". The shortest fillet knife blade measures 5-7/8" with an overall length of 11-1/2". Total set of knives and carry case weighs 1 lb 11.6 oz. Made in China. Suggested Retail $69.95.
