An A.G. Russell Exclusive
Over the past few years, we have offered two variations of the Laguiole Honoré Durand (pronounced "Leg Oil On Er Re Durant") knives. At the 2021 Blade Show, we asked if they could create a Wine Colored Beech Wood for an A.G. Russell exclusive variation. This is the result.
This very traditional folder has a 3-7/8" clip point blade of mirror polished Sandvik 14C28N stainless at 59-61 Rc. It is a slip joint. The handle is Beech wood that has been dyed to get the unique color. Handle color will vary depending on how the wood took the dye. The liners and bolsters are mirror polished stainless steel. This variation of the knife is available only from A.G. Russell Knives. Measures 4-3/4" closed. Weighs 3.3 oz. Ships with a brown leather pouch. Made in France.
