This ultralight compact folder from SOG is filled with features that makes it ready to go. Equipped with CPM-154 steel, SOG’s super strong XR locking mechanism and a swappable lanyard loop and pocket clip. Altair XR is a superlight, modern and capable folding knife.
The CPM-154 stainless steel blade is corrosion resistant and has excellent edge retention.
The XR lock is reliable and powerful, able to withstand up to 1,500 pounds of force, providing the ultimate built-in blade locking security. Easy opening with either the XR lock or thumb stud. The pocket clip is situated for tip-up carry and is reversible for left or right hand carry.
The drop point black coated blade measures 3-1/4” and has hardness of 58-60 Rc. The closed length measures 3-7/8". The handle is available in black with stone blue accents or field green with orange accents. Weighs 2.1 oz. Made in Taiwan. Suggested Retail $138.95.
