This version of the Bear Claw™by CRKT® is a compact fixed blade with a needle-sharp tip. Specifically designed for piercing tasks, this knife will be useful on outdoor adventures and as a personal saftey tool. The hawkbill blade is made from AUS 8 stainless steel and has a black powder coat finish.
The textured handle is made of black glass-reinfored nylon with the finger retention hole in the handle, giving you a secure hold in wet conditions. The black thermoplastic sheath has multiple mounting options for quick access when you need it. The 2-1/4" blade has a hardness of 55-58 Rc. The overall length is 5-3/4". Weighs 3.2 oz.
