The CRKT Obverse™ is another Alan Folts design. It is one of three new knives released at the 2024 Blade Show Texas in Fort Worth. Alan, who has more than 30 years of knife design experience, has designed several knives that are very popular, including the Minimalist and the Ritual.
The Obverse is a distinguished looking folder using premium materials that are sure to catch your eye. The handle has gray anodized titanium bolsters and blue anodized titanium backspacer, liners and pocket clip. The handle scales are lightning strike carbon fiber with silver and blue wire. Locks with a liner-style lock.
The blade deploys quickly and easily on an IKBS™ ball bearing pivot with the aid of dual thumbstuds. The 3-3/8" Modified Sheepsfoot blade is M390 stainless at 60-61 Rc. The blue anodized pocket clip is in a right-hand, tip-up carry position. Measures 4-1/8" closed. Weighs only 3.4 oz. Made in China.
