The 662 Alpha Scout Select was designed with hunters in mind, this blade is meant to do it all. Built for the rigors of hunting, the Alpha Scout is the perfect knife for detailed work on large-game or to process whitetail or small-game. The hollow grind makes for an easy to sharpen blade and the jimping on top of the blade improves grip and increases control when using different grips on the knife for detailed work. The handle is made with glass-filled nylon and Versaflex inlays for improved grip. The Alpha Scout Select definitely deserves a spot in your pack.
The 2-1/2" drop point style blade of 420HC stainless steel at 58-60 Rc. and has a very nice stonewashed finish. The handle comes in either a gray or orange glass-filled nylon with black Versaflex inlay. Measures 6-3/8" overall and weighs 2.8 oz. Includes a lanyard hole and an imported polyester sheath with a hard plastic insert and a belt attachment. Knives made in the USA. Suggested retail is $82.00.
