Bob Dozier Nesmuk Folder
Item #: DKF-NE458BL

Very Limited
Bob has been developing different models of his folding knives. His Nesmuk is one that he has not made for A.G. Russell Knives until now. A few months ago, he was asking me to order one of his folders with wood handle scales. I was to choose the wood. The size of the material needed was larger than most of what we have in inventory and he really didn't want to work with burl woods because of chipping issues. I asked him to use this beautiful blue G10. It took him a while to warm up to the idea, but we finally have the first delivery.
The folding Nesmuk is a new model for Bob. He and A.G. both liked the blade shape that was popularized by Bob Loveless. This is not a Loveless Simi-Skinner. It is definitely Bob Dozier's variation of that blade.
The 3-3/8" blade is D2 with the Dozier heat treat at 60-61 Rc. It has the Dozier version of a liner lock. The stainless liners are thicker than most, creating a rugged hard-use tool with a very secure lock. The thumbstud is only on the obverse side of the blade for right-handed use. The handle scales are blue G10. Measures 4-1/2" closed. Weighs 5.4 oz. Made in Arkansas.
