Designed by U.S. knife designer Lucas Burnley. The Kihon Bifold by Boker knives is named after the Japanese term meaning basics or fundamentals, this term is used to refer to the basic techniques that are taught and practiced as the foundation of most Japanese martial arts. This solid one-handed knife has the perfect balance for most cutting tasks. The blade is made of powder metallurgy CPM MagnaCut with a stonewashed finish that gives maximum stability with outstanding cutting properties. The slim folder is the perfect size to carry in your pocket, comes with a lanyard hole in the handle and a pocket clip.
The 3-1/8" drop point blade has a stonewashed finish and a hardness of 61-62 Rc. The dual sided thumb stud, lockback and reversible pocket clip makes the Kihon a truly ambidextrous knife. The stainless steel handle is coated black and measures 4-1/4" closed. The pocket clip is tip-up carry and reversible for a left or right-hand carry. Weighs 2.7 oz. Made in Germany.
