From the time it was released in 2021, the Meatcrafter™from Benchmade has been a big hit. This is the third version Benchmade has released.
The Meatcrafter™is just the tool you need for processing meat. The smooth, fine edge of the blade is perfect to trim, debone or slice your preferred cuts of meat. With Benchmade's SelectEdge™ technology, the 28 degree compound angle on CPM-S45VN stainless at 60-62 Rc. provides the perfect balance of a fine grain, sharp edge and carefully engineered blade flex. For this version, the 6" trailing point blade has a satin finish that pairs nicely with the OD green G-10 handle and orange Cerakote ring. Includes an orange Boltaron sheath, which creates a slim and reliable package for convenient storage in your pack (there are no belt clips). It is definitely eye catching – would be hard to lose.
