With the popularity of Benchmade's Bugout, there had to be a smaller version. The smaller size Mini Bugout is now available with handle sides of CF-Elite™. A molded polymer that incorporates strands of carbon fiber, CF-Elite is up to 17% lighter and 50% stiffer than traditional glassfilled polymers. The all black knife, combined with its slim profile and light carrying weight, means it can be easily carried anywhere without drawing attention.
The 2-3⁄4" drop point blade is CPM-S30V stainless at 58-60 Rc. with dual thumb studs for easy ambidextrous use. The blade is black DLC coated. The clip is reversible tip-up deep-pocket carry. Utilizes Benchmade's AXIS locking system. Measures 3-5/8" closed. Weighs only 1.5 oz. Made in the U.S.A. Suggested retail is $180.00.
