Order Details

Hoyt Buck's first knife, made from a worn out file blade in 1902 was a fixed blade. The U.S. Government requested blade donations for the military after the attack on Pearl Harbor. It was then, that in the basement of a church in 1942, that Hoyt Buck began making knives by hand.

Utilizing ball bearing technology, the new Buck Sprint's are designed for smooth and efficient opening with a reduction in friction for rapid blade deployment. A sturdy liner lock secures the blades while in use. Available with glass filled nylon handle scales with a choice of color; black, green & gray. These new knives feature a convenient deep pocket carry clip for easy carry.

The 3-1/8" drop point style blade of 420HC stainless steel at 58-60 Rc. has a very nice stonewashed finish. Measures 4-7/8" closed and weighs 3.2  oz. Made in the USA. Suggested retail is $60.00.

Buck Knives

Buck Knives has been around for a very long time. In fact, Buck Knives was just switching from handmade knives out of a Southern California Garage to factory made knives about the same time we began the A.G. Russell ™ Knife mail order business. Over the past half century buck has become one of the largest and most important knife companies in the world. They are so well known, in some parts of the country pocketknives are referred to as “Buck Knives.”
