Buck® introduced this version of the Onset as a 2021 mid-year release. Building on nearly 120 years of knife making and knife design, the Onset is Buck's newest EDC in an ever-expanding class that bears the Buck name.
This modern folder has a 3-1/4" flat ground drop point blade of Bos heat treated S45VN at 59-61 Rc. The obverse side handle is black G-10 and the reverse side is stonewashed stainless steel. The frame-lock provides security and strength to handle everyday tasks. The ultra-smooth ball bearings and blade flipper ensure a smooth one hand opening, while the removable pocket clip allows easy carrying. The single position stonewashed stainless steel clip is positioned for tip-up carry. Measures 4-7/8" closed. Weighs 4.5 oz. Suggested retail is $235.00. Made in the U.S.A.
