The Ignitor™ has been around for some years now, and is popular within the CRKT lineup. CRKT is bringing it up to date with it's latest knife features, including a smooth opening IKBS ball bearing pivot and a spring assisted flipper deployment for fast easy one-handed opening.
The flipper creates a nice barrier between your finger and the blade, helping protect you from sliding forward. The 3-1/2" blade is made of 8Cr13MoV stainless steel, which holds an edge and is easy to sharpen. The blade is coated for corrosion resistance and to be non-reflective. The blade also features CRKT's famous VEFF™ Serrations, which are extremely good at cutting through cord, netting and vegetation.
The handle is 4-1/4" closed, and uses a textured black G-10 handle material to secure your grip. The pocket clip is a deep pocket clip with flush screws, for right handed users (non-reversible). Made in China. Suggested retail $84.99.
