Designed by Robert Carter, who may be a newer knife maker, he also has years of experience while helping around the shop with his father Joe Pardue and grandfather Mel. His design of the Oxcart Assisted Opening folder is built to handle whatever the day throws at you. This frame lock folder uses the IKBS™ ball bearing pivot to open the blade in the blink of an eye. The blade flipper and dual sided thumb studs makes this quick opening folder completely ambidextrous.
The 3-1/8" modified drop point blade is easy to sharpen and takes an edge incredibly well thanks to the AUS-8 steel, which is strong and exceptionally resilient to rust. The satin finished blade has a hardness of 57-59 Rc. The all stainless steel handle measures 4" closed. The deep carry pocket clip is reversible positioned for tip-up right or left hand carry. Weighs 4.7 oz. Made in Taiwan. Suggested retail $75.00.
