Jesper Voxnaes designed the Pilar™ and named it after Ernest Hemingway's beloved boat—the 38-foot long vessel that he used for renegade surveillance of German U-boats in Caribbean waters during WWII.
The 2-3⁄8" flat grind blade is 8Cr13MoV stainless at 58-60 Rc. with a satin finish. It is deployed from its stainless steel handle with a thumb slot opening mechanism and is secured with a frame lock for your safety. Measures 3-1⁄2" closed. Weighs 4.1 oz. Made in China. Suggested retail is $59.99.
