The Scar is an everyday carry knife designed by custom knifemaker and designer Ken Onion. It may just become your go-to folder. It is a low-profile folder with subtle curves in a balanced design. One-hand opening with a low-profile blade flipper and IKBS™ ball bearing pivot deploys the blade smoothly and quickly. The gray coated aluminum handle scales are textured to give the user a good grip even when the knife or hands are wet. The green accents of the liners, backspacer and pocket clip add a bit of style.
The 3-1⁄4" plain edge blade is satin finished D2 steel at 60-62 Rc. for excellent edge retention. Locks with a liner-style lock. The green coated pocket clip is positioned for single position tip-up carry. Measures 4-3⁄8" closed. Weighs 2.7 oz. Made in China. Suggested retail is $89.99.
