Assisted Opening

The Slag, from Columbia River Knife & Tool, was designed by custom knifemaker and avid outdoorsman Russ Kommer. Made with a blade of D2 steel, it will hold an edge whether you are cutting rope, stripping wire or breaking down boxes. The Assisted Opening mechanism with the smooth IKBS™ ball bearing pivot makes the blade opening action fast and reliable. Using either the flipper or the dual sided thumbstuds, it is always ready when you are.

The 3" drop point blade is D2 at 60-62 Rc. The blade and stainless steel handle have a bead blasted finish. It is a frame-lock. The single position pocket clip is in the right-handed tip-up carry position. Measures 3-7⁄8" closed. Weighs 3.1 oz. Made in China. Suggested retail is $79.99.
