This folder was designed by custom knifemaker T.J. Schwarz, reminiscent of the classic small pocket knives carried by his cowboy father, but with modern lines and materials. The Straight is a compact frame lock, with s textured G10 handle scale for a secure grip and a versatile wharncliffe blade shape made of D2 steel for excellent edge retention with a sharp point. The thumbstud and IKBS™ ball bearing pivot make the blade easy to deploy smoothly with one hand, and the frame lock keeps the knife firmly open while in use.
The 2-5/8” straight edge blade is black oxide coated and is made of D2 steel with a hardness of 60-62 Rc. The front handle scale is black G10 while the back scale is black-coated stainless steel. Frame Lock. Measures 3-1/2” and weighs just 1.6 oz. Single position black-coated pocket clip is positioned for a tip-up carry. Made in China. Suggested retail $60.00.
