This cleaver style folder is meant for use, whether in the kitchen or in the field. That is up to you. The cleaver style blade and full plain edge design are great for utility tasks both big and small. The finger flipper design uses ball-bearings in the pivot to deliver smooth, consistent opening every time. The frame lock is covered by a Patented Pinch Plate which keeps the user's fingers off the lockbar, ensuring positive deployment.
The blade is stonewashed D2 steel at 59-60 Rc. The obverse side handle is olive green micarta with a stainless steel liner. The reverse side, which contains the lock bar, is stainless steel. Measures 4-1/4" closed. Weighs 4.4 oz. Made in China. Suggested retail is $68.00.
