Design by Igor Bortolussi

The 630 Pulse folders, designed by Igor Bortolussi, are manufactured by Maserin®, one of the top knife manufacturers in Maniago, Italy, in collaboration with Straightline EDC, who defines EDC as Easy Day Carry. This folder is equipped with the W-Lock locking system. To close the blade is simple. With your thumb, move the “the locking bar” away from the pivot toward the butt of the handle. The entire bar moves smoothly, with little effort, yet the lock is very positive.

The 3-1⁄8" stonewashed drop point blade is MagnaCut stainless at 61-62 Rc. Choose between the Black and Orange FatCarbon® handle scale or the Blue Denim Micarta handle. Measures 4-1⁄4" closed. FatCarbon® weighs 2.9 oz. The Denim Micarta version weighs 2.8 oz. Made in Maniago, Italy.

Maserin Knives

Maserin was established in 1960. The owners, members of the family who founded it, have built this company on the tradition of the artisan blacksmiths who were the reason Maniago became known as the "city of the knives". Maserin ®, and Maniago in general, has modernized their knife making processes using laser, CNC, and other current technology, while maintaining high quality and building on traditional models, many of which they continue to produce. In Maniago, they are responding to the challenge of market globalization by finding ways to keep new generations interested. They continue to exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit, new marketing strategies, and a constant improvement of production standards.
