The Twitch from SOG has been around for a long time and has been on of their more popular series of folders. The Twitch III has a slim profile that allows for effortless carry and easy handling. The blade can easily be opened by either hand with just a quick flip of the thumbstud or blade flipper, opening the blade smooth and quick. It utilizes SOG's Assisted Technology, a concept invented by founder Spencer Frazer to assist in quick and easy opening. A safety locks the blade closed, further preventing accidental opening.
The black TiNi coated blade is made of 154CM stainless steel at 58-60 Rc. The drop point blade is plain edged and had dual sided thumbstuds. This is a lockback. The handles are made of black finished lightly textured 6061 Aluminum handles with black coated stainless steel liners. The black-coated pocket clip is reversible for a tip-up right or left hand carry. The closed length is 4". Weighs 2.6 oz. Made in China. Suggested Retail $79.95.
