Spyderco refers to this version of their Tenacious as the Lightweight Tenacious, but it is built with stainless steel liners, skeletonized to reduce weight. For strength they extend the full length and width of the handle. The handle scales are molded with their signature Bi-Directional Texture™ pattern, which provides enhanced grip security.
The 3-3⁄8" combo edge blade is 8Cr13Mov stainless at 57-59 Rc. It is leaf-shaped and ground flat from spine to cutting edge for top cutting performance. Finished with a black oxide coating. The blade's shape coupled with an oversized Spyderco® Round Hole and textured spine jimping allow you to open the blade and position your thumb on the spine with confidence - ready for work. This is a completely black knife, including liners and pocket clip. The clip is positioned for right or left hand tip-up or tip-down carry. It has a Walker style lock with jimped liner. Measures 4-3⁄8" closed. Weighs 3.7 oz. Made in China. Suggested retail is $80.00.
