The Kukri Machete is part of the SOGfari series. A kukri blade usually is curved and broadens toward the point. Having this shape helps to clear brush, blaze trails, chop wood, harvest crops, prepare meals, make shelters and so much more, making machetes are one of the more useful tools you can own. SOG paid careful attention to the SOGfari knives to make sure the weight was right and handles were comfortable for extended use.
The 12-3/8" drop point blade is made of 3Cr13 black powder coated stainless steel with a hardness of 44-50 Rc. The handle is made of digi-grip textured thermoplastic rubber and has a lanyard hole to easily thread a lanyard through. The overall length measures 18-3/8". Comes with a black nylon sheath.
